Born at Bowmore, Islay’s first licensed distillery, this venerated spirit found a new dimension within a Brunello di Montalcino hogshead. Its unusual rosé hue harbours dry red fruit allied to peat smoke. Extra depth and richness too, from its vino forebear. Sooty seaweed, hints of sweetness, woody notes in the finale.
